Dear Members, Family and Friends,

As you may be aware, IMPACT are hosting the 2012 ACT Taekwondo Championships. The event will be held on Sunday 1st July 2012 at the Coorong pavilion at Exhibition Park in Canberra.

This event represents a fantastic opportunity for IMPACT and ACT Taekwondo to improve infrastructure and resources and a chance to introduce Taekwondo to new players in a fun and exciting way.

As a member of ACT Taekwondo and IMPACT Martial Arts it will be a marvelous opportunity for all our members to participate in a competition with a great hometown atmosphere and a whole club on hand to support you.

For family and friends it is an opportunity to get involved with the event. To further your knowledge of Taekwondo, to play a role in making sure the event is an enjoyable experience for everyone or just a chance to help out.

We will be calling for volunteers in the next week to assist in range of roles including officials, scorers, marshals, ticket sellers and helpers. We will need helpers in all sorts of roles, some of which require experience and Taekwondo knowledge as well as lots of tasks that require nothing more than a smile and wish to be part of a great day.
