Master Ko’s full day seminar covered the recent technical changes from the World Taekwondo Federation straight from Korea.
We were very fortunate to have someone of Master Ko’s calibre visit our club and already see a great improvement in our skill and understanding. Everyone had a fantastic day, with 84 ACT members attending from yellow belts up to 6th Dans!
